Our Client a Top Tier Investment Firm is looking for a Solid Candidate to handle an Analyst Regulatory Project Level role within their Finance Change Group.  Will coordinate, organize and effectively manage projects within the Finance Change department for the Financial Regulation Group in accordance with the SEC rules or FSA rules.  Provide support to the Financial Regulation on all Firms’ integration initiatives.  Create a more efficient and automated way to calculate and report the daily capital requirements of the firm.  Support the Financial Regulation Group in the development and enhancements of systems.

5-8 years full-time Public Accounting or other relevant experience within Financial Services

BS / BA in Accounting

CPA or MBA strongly preferred

Strong Knowledge of Capital Markets

Knowledge of 15c3-1 Rules and FOCUS Reporting Requirements

Knowledge of FSA Rules

Ability to Perform the Daily Capitol Calculation for the Firm
